Ordinary Labor Insurance is 11.5% and Employment Insurance is 1%
For a general employee participating in both, a 12.5% combined rate is a useful starting point.
General employees pay a 20% share
The general split is employee 20%, employer 70%, and government 10%, so the employee’s rough combined share is about 2.5% of insured salary.
Occupational accident insurance is employer-paid for general employees
The employer bears the full occupational-accident premium for ordinary employees.
