The main 2026 levels are NT$29,500, 30,300, 31,800, 33,300, 34,800, 36,300, 38,200, 40,100, 42,000, 43,900, and 45,800.

Employers report actual monthly compensation and the schedule maps it to an insured-salary level.
Labor Insurance and Occupational Accident Insurance have different ceilings
The ordinary Labor Insurance ceiling is NT$45,800, while the occupational-accident insured-salary ceiling is NT$72,800 in 2026.
Special categories can differ
Part-time workers, sheltered employment, trainees, and occupational-union members can have different rules.
