Check your own Labor Insurance and Labor Pension records online.
Official BLI e-service entrance and tutorial for mobile/certificate login, Labor Insurance records, new Labor Pension account details, and retirement estimates.
Four useful things after login

Step 1: Use the official site
The official portal is edesk.bli.gov.tw. Enter through BLI or this official link and never submit identity or certificate credentials to unknown pages.
Step 2: Choose personal login
Current personal login methods include mobile-phone authentication, citizen digital certificate, virtual Labor Insurance certificate, mobile citizen certificate, and financial electronic certificate.
Mobile-phone authentication
Use a qualifying personal postpaid mobile number and follow the identity-verification steps. Successful setup binds the device/browser.
Citizen digital certificate
Use a citizen digital certificate card with a card reader.
Mobile citizen certificate
Registered mobile-certificate users can authenticate through the mobile push flow.
Step 3: Check Labor Insurance records
After login, personal inquiry functions show employer-reported enrollment/withdrawal dates, insured-salary grades, and total coverage years. Save records and verify discrepancies with the employer or BLI.
Step 4: Check the new Labor Pension individual account
You can review monthly contributions, contributing employer, employer and voluntary contribution totals, and investment returns. BLI materials identify the individual-account detail inquiry under the account-data query functions.
Step 5: Estimate new Labor Pension benefits
Workers age 60 or older can estimate benefits before claiming. With at least 15 contribution years, the system can show monthly and lump-sum options under current rules.
Step 6: Estimate Labor Insurance old-age benefit
BLI also provides Labor Insurance old-age benefit estimates. Workers with pre-2009 coverage should compare applicable benefit options before filing because an approved benefit election generally cannot simply be changed later.
